Criniti’s Coming Soon To Sydney
Foodies of Sydney listen up!
Thanks to our Sydney shopfitting team we’ve got the lowdown on all the gastronomic delights heading your way in the coming months.
GET YOUR GREEK ON AT JIMMY GRANTS BONDI JUNCTION
Do you love traditional Greek street Food? Do you think Masterchef judge George Colombaris is a culinary genius? Well then, we’ve got a treat for you! After opening his first Jimmy Grants venue in Sydney last year, George is now bringing his laidback souvlaki bar concept to Bondi. The venue’s moniker pays homage to Australia’s immigrant ancestors and is derived from the nickname bestowed on all new arrivals – “J-immigrant” – just another immigrant. The menu features six types of souva as well as lighter salad options for those already thinking about their summer beach bods! Unita’s shopfitting team are well underway with delivering the interior fitout works designed Techne Architecture + Design; the restaurant is expected to open next month. Opa!

CRINITI’S SAYS HELLO TO KIRRAWEE
A few weeks ago we shared the news that famed Italian restaurant chain Criniti’s was making its way to Brisbane via Westfield Chermside. Now we can announce that the lucky folks of Kirrawee will also be welcoming a venue! Designs for the restaurant are currently in development and construction is set to commence in the very near future. Family-owned, the iconic Criniti’s restaurants were voted ‘Australia’s favourite Italian’ in the Lifestyle Food Awards and have been much-loved by Sydneysiders for over 15 years. Specialising in traditional Southern Italian dishes, the mouth-watering food, distinctive interiors and intimate atmosphere combine to make Criniti’s the perfect casual yet sophisticated destination for all occasions. We’ll be waiting not-so-patiently for the Sydney shopfitting team to complete the build of this one!

BRACE YOURSELF…SASH JAPANESE IS COMING
What do tacos, pizzas, sliders and nuggets have in common? If you guessed Sash Japanese restaurant then you’d be right! Confused yet? Well you shouldn’t be. Sash Japanese is an exciting new concept that brings together cuisines from Japan, Hawaii, Europe and more to create a distinctive fusion style. The super-tasty, hybrid menu includes dishes like spicy tuna and wagyu tacos, spicy fried-prawn sliders and teriyaki pulled pork pizza (or should we say ‘sashizza’). Opening in September, Unita’s shopfitting team are completing the restaurant fitout which will also include an in-house bar serving up beer, wine, saké and cocktails which was designed by local architect, Melissa Collison. With Sash’s Melbourne restaurant already getting rave reviews we’ve no doubt its new Sydney sister will have the crowds lining up. If only it was September already!
