Terms and conditions

1. Promoter 

The promoter is Unita Pty Ltd (ABN 76 158 274 992), of 17 Morgan St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, Australia (“Unita”). 

2. Eligibility 

Entry is open to Unita clients, partners, potential clients and potential partners aged 18 years and over, working within the design, project management, retail, hospitality, wellness, office, airport and hotel sectors. Entrants must be located in, or able to travel to, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth to redeem the prize. Entrants must be Australian residents. Employees of Unita, their immediate families, Unita’s suppliers and subcontractors, and any agencies or companies associated with Unita or this competition are not eligible to enter. 

3. Competition period 

The competition begins at 9:00am AEST on Monday 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 12 December 2025 (“Competition Period”). 

4. How to enter 

To enter, eligible participants must during the Competition Period: 

  • For 10x entries: Complete the above AND post a photo on Instagram or LinkedIn featuring the Unita gift box OR post a photo on Instagram or LinkedIn of yourself in a space built by Unita. Tag @Unita (Instagram) or @Unita-australia (LinkedIn) in the caption; include the hashtag #BuiltBetterTogetherWithUnita in the caption; and ensure their account or post is set to public so the entry can be viewed by Unita. 

5. Prize 

One winner will receive a $1,000 dining voucher to use at one restaurant built by Unita, located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

6. Draw details 


The draw will take place at Unita’s Brisbane office, 17 Morgan St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, on Friday 5 December at 10am AEST. The winner will be selected at random using a computerised random draw system. 

7. Winner notification 


The winner will be notified by direct message on the social media platform used to enter on Friday 5 December. The winner’s name (first name and last initial, or social handle) will be published on Unita’s social media channels on Monday 8 December. 

8. Claiming the prize 


The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a redraw will take place on Friday 9 January 2026 at the same location and under the same conditions. 

9. General conditions 

  • Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate or not viewable by Unita will be deemed invalid. 
  • Unita reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent manner. 
  • By entering, entrants agree that Unita may use their name, entry content and social media handle for promotional purposes, without further compensation, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 
  • This competition is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner. 
  • The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or LinkedIn. 

10. Privacy

All entrants will be automatically subscribed to Unita’s email newsletter. Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Unita’s Privacy Policy.
