Revo is a fast-growing fitness brand redefining the sub-$20 gym market with 24/7 access, minimal staff, and maximum impact. Founded by Andrew Holder, Revo combines the latest technology with intelligent design to deliver a premium member experience. As they expanded nationally, Revo needed more than just a builder – they needed a strategic partner who understood their operational model, moved at their pace, and could deliver consistency across states. With 23+ clubs already complete across WA, VIC and SA, and more underway, our founder-to-founder partnership has been built on deep trust, open communication, and a shared ambition to create something game-changing.

Approach
Unita operates as an end-to-end delivery partner for Revo, covering everything from site assessments and test fits through to construction, manufacturing and handover. We treat each club like a product; designed with member experience, operational flow and long-term durability in mind. Our work integrates Revo’s signature technology, from app-based lockers and kiosk check-ins to custom vending and LED signage. Every square metre is designed to perform. With delivery programs as fast as 7-10 weeks, achieved through real-time cost and program tracking, weekly WIPs and fast, informed decision making to maintain speed without sacrificing quality.
