Introducing 203 – a new Italian-style steak house in Brisbane’s dining scene. Masterminded by Stanbroke and built by Unita, this hospitality fitout is a captivating blend of quality, sophistication and innovation.

Located in the vibrant Fortitude Valley, this site has undergone a remarkable transformation from its nightclub days. Every detail has been carefully considered, with the team stripping the entire space back to it’s bare bones to make significant base building and facade upgrades as well as the construction of an entirely new third level to be used as office space.

We’ve replaced the sticky dance floor with polished timber floorboards, and a stunning mosaic of pink and terracotta tiles. Bespoke banquettes and booths perfectly complement the show-stopping bar, featuring fluted marble and mirrored surfaces, inviting guests into an informal seating area that sets the tone for a unique dining experience.

At the heart of 203’s culinary prowess lies a state-of-the-art Michelin-quality MKN induction cooking suite – a Queensland first. Truly a chef’s dream, the suite is accompanied by a large woodfired Mibrasa parrilla and charcoal oven, which when combined with Stanbroke’s world-class produce ensures a dining experience unlike any other.
