From the first point of contact, all the way to delivery, we’re going over it all!
STEP ONE | Getting To Know Your Brand + Project
In this phase, we will get to know your brand through a series of workshopping sessions to understand your business, your customers and your direction. We want to know the who, what, where, why & how of your business both now and into the future.
STEP TWO | Research + Data Analysis
As every business’ objectives are different, we want to ensure our decisions are strategic and data-driven. We analyse any existing data and research to determine the key factors that will form the basis behind your design.
STEP THREE | Strategic Recommendations
Following our analysis of your brand, we will explore ways to activate your brand in the physical space. This includes everything from digital integration, customer journey evaluation and consumer psychology.
STEP FOUR | Concept Design
Now the fun begins! This is where we take a deep dive into how your business will stand out and provide your target audience with a unique and memorable physical experience. We work alongside your team to develop an overarching concept that not only represents your brand direction but is also highly functional and will last the test of time.
STEP FIVE | Cost Planning + Procurement
After your design is locked and loaded, we then progress to the procurement of construction partners and detailed planning of site works.
Our team will begin this process simultaneously alongside the design and completion of already approved Works, Building Approval works and Development Approval (DA) Works. Some furniture, fixtures + equipment (also known as FFE) and other trades may have to be procured in advance, due to long lead times or specific planning required for design completion during the Design Development phase.
STEP SIX | Delivery
Our team will effectively manage program, trades, material delivery and COVID safe practices. To communicate updates, execute payments, approvals and documentation, Unita utilises a centralised platform known as Nexvia. Nexvia is beneficial as it allows you to monitor your project’s progress in real-time.
